Job Description
Flipkart is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high standard of workplace safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a market leader in e-commerce logistics.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Implement and monitor safety standards across the warehouse to ensure compliance.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory and shipment data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations.
Job Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
